I think that latest version is also availabel at tsx-11.mit.edu and mirrors.

you should try tsx-11...or ask directly at dosemu mailing list.
I think that it is linux-msdos AT vger DOT rutgers DOT edu
or linux-dosemu AT vger DOT rutgers DOT edu DOT  DOT I am not sure
