Ok, now that I've got your attention - read on:

(from a message sent to me by Roger Gross of Caldera)

----
Now for the source code release. We have tidied up sources for IBMBIO,
IBMDOS, and COMMAND.COM. We are working on the wording for the source
code license but would like to invite the djgpp folks to an early preview
again like we did for the binary distribution.

Today I will be placing the executables on to our UK web site for testing.
Please can you invite the djgpp folks to a preview? Within a week we
should go official. Can I leave it to you to inform them?

The sources are in www.caldera.co.uk/dos/download/dossrc.zip. Use -d to
unzip. Each component is built with batch files and third party tools
like MASM, LINK and LIB (for IBMBIO.COM). IBMDOS.COM will build with DRI
tools supplied. COMMAND.COM is a pain. It needs WatcomC, MASM, LINK, and
Borland C 2.0 for one file. We haven't had time to rework that one file
as a WatcomC. I guess this is what most folks will do first!
----

Enjoy guys!
