I have a bad feeling about this bill, I don't mind there being a rule
concerning a federal agency to make it's work capable of being used by
disabled personal, but a broad spectrum bill of this sort would waste our
tax dollars by requiring ALL agencies to be disabled enhanced EVEN if they
DON'T have any disabled personal. Typical (D) government program,
building levee's in the desert.
