Well, if the OS is going to use HTML for it's documentation, then
without question it *MUST* come with a browser that will display
the HTML documentation on ANY machine.  How can someone download
lynx, if they cant get the OS working, and can't get the OS
working because they can't read the HTML docs?

However, including pointers to the program that you've mentioned,
as well as other useful "free" programs such as PINE, LYNX,
etc... is a good idea as well.  I think that such a "pointer"
page should be started as a webpage right now, and offered for
inclusion with OD.
