I don't think this would be too hard.
I don't think that the program itself reads the help files, but just calls
a procedure in windows to do it for him, he just tells Windows which help
file is required.
So if we add HTML support, we shouldn't remove the old helpfile support.
This way I think old programs will still be able to use the help fucntions
