I have no idea what D70U15.EXE did for Windoze operation but it certainly 
made NWDOS7 more hostile towards elderly MS-DOS software (particularly 
pgrms that used FCB's, apparently).

Installing the patches prevented me from running DataStar (made by the 
same people who made WordStar-- remember it?)
