You can please some of the people all of the time, and you can
please all of the people some of the time, but you cant....

286- users can use some port of LYNX or something.  Anything
graphical would be REALLY INTENSELY SLOW!!!!!!

My 386 was really slow running Netscape with 4 megs.  I doubt
many 286's out there have 4 megs.  Mine has 768k.  :o)
