This really isn't difficult to solve, just offer that spider thingy in the
private version of opendos, but leave it out of the packaging for
the versions caldera sells for money to businesses and
government entities.  That, or put the faq file in the package and leave a
few
notes about browsers obtainable off the net that can stand in
for the packaged browser in situations where it might be difficult
to run it.
Either way, Caldera is covered and they provide better support than
their competition.
