There is no dependency. My old MS-DOS v6 multiconfig had a different 
CD-ROM id for each config that used the CD-ROM. MSCD001, IDECD001, 
SBIDE001, and XCFG001 all worked with my SBIDE.SYS and MSCDEX.EXE.
