While we're asking the impossible (FSSTND, etc) how about making the 
kernel be compatible with the Multibooter standard? (found at 
http://www.uruk.org/~erich/grub/boot-proposal.html) This would greatly 
ease people trying to use OpenDOS with other OSes. Of course, full 
compliance with Multibooter 0.6 is impossible, since it requires boot 
images to be 32-bit executables, while OD's is 16-bit, I assume, but 
enough could be implemented to be satisfactory.
