It shows up as a small capital M on my screen.  It could be
because I'm using the Cyrillic 8x8 font on the 80x50 screen in
Linux though.  I'm not russian, I just like the way that the
lower 128 characters look with that font.  The upper characters
are all funky russian letters.  I suspect that the "M" is a
currency symbol or something else in russian.

What is the decimal ascii code for that key?
