Under the ESC key is the BACKQUOTE key, and shifted it gives you
a TILDE.  The backquote is a reverse apostrophe `, and the tilde
is a squiggly line ~.  I don't know how they will display on your
screen, but since all codes under 128 are standard ASCII, they
should show up on your screen ok.
