This is only possible if drive D: is a seperate partition of your first 
hard drive. MS-DOS and OpenDOS cannot boot off the second hard drive 
(although this will undoubtedly be fixed in the sources soon, if someone 
hasn't already :)

If D: is a seperate partition of your first hard drive, make sure you set 
that partition active with FDISK.
