nwcdex.exe needs to be able to find the driver when
sbide.sys is loaded, so panasonic cr523 drives can run
curently impossible,

the dir command in command.com needs debugging so it can properly read
1.44 mb diskettes and get directory results on them,
currently possible with msdos not opendos (this behavior may
be happening when the diskette is missing both a label and serial number,

critical error handler needs examination to be certain it follows commands 
entered from the keyboard doesn't always happen.
