I haven't run this specific instance but:
	you can make two primary parititons on our disk...you'll
	boot whichever one is marked active... (in order to
	make two primary partitions I used the fdisk from linux).

	I suppose system commander would handle this...

Why don't you boot opendos from a floppy?
