Both, MSCDEX and NWCDEX allow for a user-definable device name string, 
such as MSCD001, MSCD002, ..., OEMCD01, ..., NWCD001.  You don't need 
to change these names, if you don't want to.  All you need to do is, 
give equal device names to your SBIDE.SYS driver and MSCDEX/NWCDEX...,
so that the redirector driver (MSCDEX/NWCDEX) knows to whom it should 
communicate.  Mind, that there could be multiple hardware CD-ROM 
drivers (like SBIDE.SYS) installed, so you can connect the redirector 
to one of them.  To connect it to more hardware drivers at the same 
time, you need to repeat the /D: option.
