Well, they're not cheap ($$600us) but they can be had.  Two problems
though, but livable.

A) this is an arcade monitor, it has no shell, you get a picture tube in a
   frame with attached driver board.

B) will only work in 640x480, the higher resolutions do not sync properly
   with the monitor. 

So, solution is to only use this big bad boy for you games, (and TV should
you want the crispest picture possible, but an external tuner is needed),
and use a regular monitor for other apps.  Or work strictly in 680x480. ;>
