Well this would be good, and I would like to add it to the wish list:

Everytime a file is accessed, a Last_Access_Date_Flag is stamped with the
date and time of access.  Then you can kill the app, and after a while,
you'll find this binary which hasn't been accessed since you kilt the
application.  For safety's sake, you _don't_ kill the binary, but zip it
to a 'suspect' file.  Then should you happen to run a program which needs
the binary, you can retrieve it.
