Ah, sorry to correct you here.  But there is a company who is at least
planning a OpenWin95 (yes, that's the name) which is to be a clone of
Win95 (preferebly without the bugs).

Cool eh?

And yes, it'll be along the lines of OpenDOS with source and stuff.

I'll see if I can dig out the URL I found for it.
