Thanks [_NO_]!.  I used a text editor that worked like that, it was simply
madding for words behind the cursor at a certain point would change size,
and that was while you were using that line.  This also applied to words
_ahead_ of the cursor at a certain point, and there was no control
settings you could select which would make it behave in a manner you could
tolerate.
