Wouldn't THAT be nice!  One problem though.  The characters that
are used in extended wildcards wouldn't be available as filename
characters.  ie: '[' and ']'  Or are they not allready?  Hmmm.

That is very true. :o)  An exact copy would be nice.  PLUS more
options.  I've got an arm long list!
