No, forth and fortran are completely different languages.
To find out about it, I suggest you download f-pc360.zip and and
f-pcl1_7.zip in the simtelnet mirror nearest you in the
msdos/forth subdirectory.  Those file names may not be exactly
correct but they're pretty close.
