As a substitute until it does work (or a better all around
solution anyways) is to use the ADDPATH program which was
distributed in PC magazine.  I'm attaching it since it is only a
few small bytes.  This should do, until the problem is fixed.  I
don't know if it will work from config.sys or not though.
