No it is not the only list.  opendos-developer, and I believe
some others too.  You can send a message to
majordomo AT mail DOT tacoma DOT net to find out which other groups there
are.

I'm not familiar with DiLinux although I have it here on a CD
somewhere.  I'm not sure what the advantages/disadvantages of
that particular distribution are.

Yes, the the point is for it to be open with public source code.
However, since the source code hasn't been released to the public
yet, then all we can do is suggest changes until Gene is done
packaging them up and releases them.
