Yeah, a popup window built into COMMAND.COM that only works on
the 80x50 screen in text mode, and does DIRECT screen writes to
the VGA screen at 0xB800.  For speed purposes of course.  Also,
it modifies some palette registers too and plays a wav file
through your soundblaster.  :o)  I guess it would suck to have a
DEC rainbow at this point eh?  :o)
