I understand the Caldera license re the binary of OpenDOS (free for
educational/nonprofit; commercial trial 90 days; individual
"trial" unlimited).

What about modifications of source?  If someone rewrites fdisk.com, for
example, what then?  I would assume that the author could do anything with
this other than sell it, but that Caldera would retain some rights.  Is this
spelled out somewhere?
