Doesn't always work, I fought long and hard with several VBasic install
programs over this, they insisted on sticking earlier versions of the
VBX's I had on hand, and I had to keep retrieving them from the archive.
I did a +R+H, but they _violated_ good programming pratice, removed the
flags, and overwrote the files!  And whenever that happened, I proceeded
to send a nasty letter to the author, deleted his files, and unzipped my
safety backup.  (never did get any reply's about this.)
