I have the same problems but with a little advantage.  yes, the front door
is somewhat unfriendly and there are few options, however, I asked how to
get around this and was given info that could help me.  each page has a
specific url, and they have been posted here so I won't repeat them but if
you want to do a certain thing like view info, you go directly to that
page.  if you want to download, you go to the appropriate page as well.
does this make sense?
I don't think we are being neglected here.  as with anything brand new,
there are various kinks and quirks.  I know this is not brand new, but in
a way or several, it is.  this is a good time for us to be asking the
right questions and getting things worked out because it is in formulation
and what we do here will have repurcussions for years to come.
