Hmmm.  Well, I guess you'll have to wait and see what Caldera
says then.  I'm sure that they'll change the install program to
be more "friendly".  Personally, I'd prefer all of the utilities
to stay in text mode by default rather than that semi-graphics
mode that they switch to.  I'm sure others share that sentiment
as well.
