I've found that MS chkdsk and scandisk report DELWATCHed files as 
being screwy.  This also happens with the Stacker optimiser which is 
bundled with OpenDOS.  The fix is to DELPURGE the disk before 
using CHKDSK, SCANDISK, or doing any Stacker-ish things.

Y'know, I reckon that MS's method of using a '\SENTRY' directory or 
'\RECYCLED' is better.
