Yep.  Granted, some of the stuff is for 286+ or 386+ though. (Memory
managers, multitasking, etc)

Portable across x86's is fine for me.  Actually a full 386 version
would be great.

There is probably allready a lot of asm in it.  Mac emulators probably
emulate at the machine instruction level anyway so it wouldn't matter.
Besides, who cares about the Mac?

I'm running it from Linux!  But go ahead and make it fast!  That way
it will be fast in Linux too! :o)
