Sure!  Can't see why that shouldn't also be an option.  Say, 
DOSBOOK /L gives LYNX-like action, and DOSBOOK /V gives output as you
state above for the "Visually challenged".  I'm willing to look into
coding that as well.  As soon as I see the source that is.
