Well, here is the first (?) on the list of "things to be fixed"

I have tried everything that I can think of, and I can't get the
OpenDOS memory manager to be compatible with certain protected
mode programs. These include games, such as DOOM2, and programs
compiled with DJGPP 2.01, that use timer routines.

I have set up a "Multi config" menu, which loads my OLD (6.22) memory
manager (HIMEM/EMM386) when I wish to play games, until such time as
this is fixed. Of course, Caldera has to get the source code cleaned
up first, and that may take some time, from what I'm hearing.

BTW, this is still a MAJOR improvement - the existence of this list,
and the fast responses I've seen here, show that by themselves.
Since Caldera has been successful with its other OS ventures, I trust
(and hope).that their streak will continue here.

Jim
