Mike has raised concerns that I had myself, and I just want to add
my voice to his.

This is the part of the license agreement I have the most problem
with:

Except where expressly provided in this license, Licensee may
not use, copy, disseminate, modify, reverse engineer, distribute,
sub-license, sell, rent, lend, give, or lease or in any way
transfer using any means or medium, including telecommunications,
    the software.

Now, as Mike has said, I hope this refers only to this pre-release
version. I see no provision in this license to allow us to do any
development on the source code.

I agree. This makes sense.

Someone please tell *us* that this is the case.
