There will have to be source changes made to allow it to boot from a HD
other than D.  I may be wrong, but I could've sworn I saw something about
this in the IBMBIO.COM sources...

If you use OpenDOS for an explicit commercial purpose, you'll pay for it
like everyone else that does the same.  If you use it a home, no problem.
