The delay with the OpenDOS release is due to the fact that they're waiting
for approval on the licensing aggreement they've written up.  It may be
delayed to next week.

Due to the overwhelming response to my original announcement, Caldera has
decided to start releasing the sources sooner than later.  The sources
will be released on a per-package basis, starting with IBMBIO.COM,
IBMDOS.COM and COMMAND.COM.  I imagine they will be released after a) the
OpenDOS binaries are released and b) I'm done with the new makefiles for
those components.
