Allow conversion of various eda formats to gEDA pcb, pcb-rnd and gschem
compatible formats.

pcb-rnd has built in support for eagle (binary, xml), kicad, protel
autotrax, fidocadj, hpgl, specctra etc formats now, leaving the above
utility useful mostly for BXL conversion. You will lose polygonal footprint
copper, free text, obround pad, and slotted hole information when
converting to gEDA pcb format footprints with this utility, due to
limitations with the data model, but for simpler footprints, it should work
well.
