Subject: [geda-user] PCB 4.1.3 png export acting weird

Greetings,

I have a pc board I designed in PCB 4.1.3 and I am trying to export a
PNG file with the "top silk", "pins/pads" and "outline" layers only. I
turned off all layers but these and what I see on the screen is what I
want the exported PNG file to look like. However, when I export the file
and look at it, it has all layers, including the traces. That is not
what I want. I selected the "Screen-layer-order" option in the PNG
dialog and then all I get is the top silk image, not the other layers
(pins) that I turned on. I am viewing the PNG file in Firefox.

My goal is to import this PNG file into LibreCad in order to create an
assembly drawing without having to redraw everything. Any ideas or a
process to make this work?

Thanks.

Girvin Herr
