It's not a specific tool but I believe more of an organization.

This is a good idea. Have you already thought about how that would work?

I think in a first step it could already be useful to simply generate
pin constraint files from layout.

Hm - what do you mean by this?

System level tooling is also a good idea.


I think these ideas are good, but of course someone would need to
spend time developing them. I don't think that's the umbrella project.
