I installed geda-gaf from git://git.geda-project.org/geda-gaf master
with prefix=/usr/local.  When I start gschem, it fails while reading
/usr/local/share/gEDA/system-gschemrc because it cannot find
/usr/share/gEDA/gschem-colormap-darkbg.

(primitive-load (build-path geda-rc-path "gschem-colormap-darkbg"))

geda-rc-path is "/usr/share/gEDA".

uninstalling all Debian geda packages fixed the problem.

This is unexpected.
