I say warts are mostly workflow related.

Not graphics but to draw any shape in any context like all the ordinary drawing primitives within pins. Possibility to define a pin type which could be used for all pins in a particular package type for example LQFP would be very useful.

Yes ordinary copy and paste is simple and powerful. There is however a selection problem which could be solved by adding a "sub layout" attribute to objects then for example all objects including traces belonging to a power supply could be selected and moved.
