Added it in the feature poll at

http://igor2.repo.hu/cgi-bin/pcb-rnd-poll.cgi

The simplest approach would be cheap to develop, so for this one I can go 
with 2 active testers.

Also added a few more features, mostly related to porting pcb-rnd to other 
platforms or even developing a cloud-version probably using html5.

(If you have already voted, your previous votes are retained and you need 
to deal with the new features only - but can change your previous votes 
of course)
