Thanks for your answer.

What you have suggested, starting with deeper level of my design (and
keep reading all wikis I found about geda/gaf) I yesterday already did.
Well, at the end it works.

I end up with renaming terminals on the hierarchical schematics. Every
terminal has a couple of attributes, but changing the net= attribute,
to something like 'signal:1' (signal-name, colon, number) did it.

Could someone explain this behavior? What is the reason for the colon-number
stuff?
