I've not tried it in a long time, but for some reason it never worked
properly for me. Right now, I'm using a 50µm grid most of the time with
snapping to pins/pads/vias, but the only cases where the snapping goes
off-grid are when I have a part defined in imperial units, which is less
and less frequent.
