Matt,

Can you draw them as footprints and simply put 'em in the drawing? If 
you need silk line hexagons, this would work fine.  Composing solid in 
silk or in copper would be more difficult but possible.

A simple script could make the hexes and format them as footprints or 
simply as lines that you could patch into your .pcb file in text.
