Well, this is exactly not what I propose.

I do not need a "propper model of a piece of copper" And a via is not a
drilled hole but a body of aluminum that is deposited onto an square
etched into a layer of SiO2.

Yes there is, in my proposeal.

That is true.  Including the layer that tells what is conductively
connected.
