No, I have not. I have just started looking into gnetlist scripting in
scheme because John Doty happened to write up a tutorial on that.
Obviously gnetlist is not good enough as it is, otherwise xorn would
not have been written. The other night I was trying to decide which
back-end to start with, xorn or gnetlist. I fell down on gnetlist
simply because it has been in the flow for some more time.

As for guile scripting in geda, I found the gaf shell and will try it
out, but obviously, I am not very deep into it yet. Found some example
code on the wiki to try out. There is a certain threshold to pass to
get into guile. This threshold is significantly higher than SKILL in
Cadence was. But I know that once I pass that threshold, things will
be easier.
