Maybe I should repeat the links to the rubberband toporouter thesis of
Tal Dayan from 1997 here -- Kai-Martin asked about that in the
GTK3/Glade tread:

What also works fine is using

https://scholar.google.de/

with search term "tal dayan router" or "tal dayan 1997"

Can not test google.com, they always redirect me to .de.
