Yes, some more user activities and some more convenient view for any
users/developers would be nice. OTOH, the launchpad bug system already
present has some means for this. Bug reviewers can assign bug importance
and use that "this bug affects me" feature.

The problem is in the number of developers who triages and fixes the
bugs.
