Hi Rob,

I notice you’re using a PIC16F1937, which has an onboard LDO regulator.  These usually require a bypass capacitor on one of the VCap pins, but you haven’t got one and you’ve allocated two of the VCap pins to I/O functions.  This will probably cause issues — you’ll need to check the data sheet and review your configuration bits.
